Duties and responsibilities:
- Producing month-end accountant pack and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets and forecasts
- Cashflow management
- Pre-payments and accruals
- Intercompany accounts including intercompany reconciliations
- Invoicing and bank reconciliations
- Report to external accountants and advisors
- Support with any other duties and responsibilities required for the accounts department
- Mentoring and supporting any junior members of the team
Skills and experience required:
- AAT Qualified or Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA (Essential)
- Previous experience working in the construction industry (Desirable)
- Experience using Sage 50
- Excellent analytical skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
