£26,000 - £28,000 PER ANNUM
People Solutions are seeking a Recruitment Sales Consultant, from the Recruitment industry, to join their established team in Lanarkshire.
People Solutions are a national based company, and you will be working from one of our Scotland offices on the Driver/Industrial Desk.

Day to Day Duties
- You will be working with an established Team and must be sales focused
- Working on a Driving, Industrial or Commercial Hot Desk
- You will be working alongside the Branch Manager to grow our client accounts and to bring in new accounts to build and grow the branch
- You will be travelling to and from client sites/offices
Essential Skills
- Must be from a Sales/Recruitment background
- Have great Customer Service skills and a passion and drive to succeed
- You must be able to work to set KPI's and have the passion to attract and recruit Candidates for match your client's needs
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Good Telephone Manner
- Good attention to detail
- Ideally you will have a Driving Licence and your own transport
Training
- Your First day will be based at our Head Office in Walsall for an introduction to People Solutions, meeting the Head Office Team and go over how you fit into our business with our aims and values
- You will then you will have a further one day training session at our Head Office on compliance
- All training days will be expensed and paid for by the company
