Frazer Jones is working exclusively with a forward-thinking Bath based company to help them recruit an HR Co-Ordinator.

My client is looking for someone who is up for a challenge and excited by an opportunity to provide all HR support in a stand-alone capacity.

You will be the first point of contact for all HR advice and guidance working closely with the Financial Controller to promote best practice and help create a positive and engaging culture for all employees.

Based in Bath this role is easily commutable, offers hybrid working along with a competitive salary and benefits package.

As the HR Co-Ordinator you will offer first line HR support across the entire business, dealing with all transactional activity around the employee life cycle. It's a true generalist position with huge potential for development.

Main duties include:

  • First point of contact for employee queries via email, phone or face to face.
  • Manage the HR inbox, providing key information in a timely manner
  • Support with all recruitment activity, to include shortlisting, arranging interviews, onboarding and inductions.
  • Maintain and update the HR database & HR systems for 100% accurate employee records
  • Manage all starters/leavers, issuing contracts and arranging exit interviews.
  • Provide data for HR reporting and insight for the team
  • Prepare all administration around the employee life cycle
  • Assisting managers with ER case work, policy updates and performance management.
  • Opportunity to get involved in projects as and when required.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:

  • Proven HR administration experience with a good understanding of general HR practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business at different levels
  • Competent user in Microsoft office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of activities in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Good communicator, written and verbal.
  • Professional attitude within a confidential environment.
  • Experience of using an HR system is essential
