Your new role
Due to increased demand for the service, my client is seeking a proactive HR Administrator, ideally with iTrent experience, to join their growing team! You will be providing core HR support by way of managing any HR Hub enquiries from employees or management, as well as maintaining database integrity on the iTrent database. You will be a confident communicator that is able to respond to HR enquiries with confidence, and also know when advice and/or guidance is required to be able to direct to an advisor or officer. You will be responsible for processing any contract changes or updates to personal details, as well as processing new starter paperwork. You will take ownership of additional checks such as DBS or VISA applications, as well as supporting with documentation generation as required. You will be based in Liverpool City Centre, and be able to benefit from hybrid working once you are trained.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have experience working with iTrent through your time as a HR Administrator to hit the ground running. You will be used to supporting busy HR operations, and have a basic understanding of employment legislation. You will be a strong user of MS Office software, including SharePoint and One Drive. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, and be comfortable using them on a day-to-day basis with your customer-orientated approach to your duties. A true team player, you will have a can-do attitude and be willing to support the wider operation. You will have strong organisational skills, and be comfortable prioritising your own workload. Moreover, you will take pride in working with an organisation that positively impacts the local area!
What you'll get in return
Working with a key employer in the local area, you will have full-time working hours, which are 9-5, Monday to Friday. Once you are up to speed with training, you will be able to work from home up to 3 days per week. However, please note, some flexibility will be required in line with organisational demands. This post will run for 3 months, and can offer an immediate start for the right candidate. You will have an hourly rate of £14.01ph PAYE, which is then rolled up to £15.70ph with holiday accrual. Extension is possible for the right candidate.
