Job Title: Specialist Teacher

Aspire People are working with a specialist school in Shrewsbury to find experienced Teachers to join the team. As a Specialist Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored educational programs that meet the needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with a range of special educational needs (SEN).
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure pupils continue to develop.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and encourages learning.
- Manage students behaviours, ensuring to follow the schools policies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working in a specialist or SEN school setting is highly desirable.
- A deep understanding of special educational needs and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students with diverse learning needs.
