Regional Sales Manager - East Anglia

Fantastic Regional Sales Manager opportunity in the Ipswich area for a Business Development / Sales professional with sound commercial knowledge of the waste sector and multi-site experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct, manage, develop and train teams based at multiple sites across East Anglia.
  • Motivate the teams to deliver against set targets, utilising performance management processes and employee development to meet KPI's and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement commercial and marketing strategies to retain the customer base, grow the contribution from existing customers and secure new business opportunities.
  • Take responsibility for the lower value, higher volume accounts.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • A sound commercial knowledge of the waste sector
  • Excellent leadership, people management and coaching/development skills gained in a sales environment.
  • Analytical and able to quickly assess issues and recommend and/or implement solutions
  • Solid pragmatic approach to delivering to tight deadlines and targets.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.

The ideal candidate will live in the East Anglia area and be an experienced senior Sales professional with an understanding of the waste management sector.
