Fantastic Regional Sales Manager opportunity in the Ipswich area for a Business Development / Sales professional with sound commercial knowledge of the waste sector and multi-site experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct, manage, develop and train teams based at multiple sites across East Anglia.
- Motivate the teams to deliver against set targets, utilising performance management processes and employee development to meet KPI's and customer needs.
- Develop and implement commercial and marketing strategies to retain the customer base, grow the contribution from existing customers and secure new business opportunities.
- Take responsibility for the lower value, higher volume accounts.
Key Skills/Experience:
- A sound commercial knowledge of the waste sector
- Excellent leadership, people management and coaching/development skills gained in a sales environment.
- Analytical and able to quickly assess issues and recommend and/or implement solutions
- Solid pragmatic approach to delivering to tight deadlines and targets.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
