Collins Property Recruitment is recruiting for an award-winning international property brand who are seeking a talented and driven Lettings Associate to join their team in Canary Wharf. As a Lettings Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by nurturing relationships with valued clients, letting new properties from their current growing stocklist of over 300 units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the property market to handle a diverse portfolio of properties.
- Identify potential applicants, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close lettings deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the lettings process.
Qualifications:
- You must have at least three years of successful sales experience in the property industry, with a track record of banking over £250,000 a year.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Canary Wharf market.
