We are looking for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to work within the Accounting & Finance department at a leading not-for-profit organisation based in Ashton-under-Lyne.

This role is for 4 months initially.

Client Details

Our client is a not-for-profit organisation within the education sector.

Description

  • Support the finance team with accounts payable tasks/purchase ledger tasks.
  • Processing invoices
  • Complete payment runs
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Perform any additional tasks as required by the finance team.

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable responsibilities.
  • Experience working within education is ideal but not essential.
