This role is going to be the perfect opportunity for somebody who is looking for their next HR Management role. This position will operate in an SME luxury manufacturing organisation and be responsible for leading the HR team and strategy. Sounds fab...but what does the role involve?
- Line management of 2 HR direct reports, coaching and mentoring their career development
- A generalist HR 'hands on' management role, covering operational duties whilst also leading on adhoc HR projects
- Various HR Projects may cover engagement, EVP and brand work, revising policies and more
- Report into a member of the SLT, you will gain invaluable experience within this sector
The ideal candidate will have operated at a similar level before and have excellent line management experience. If SME's are your thing, this will be perfect!
