The Role as an Area Manager:
- Manage multiple locations effectively, ensuring smooth operations and consistent performance across all sites.
- Take charge of profit and loss management, budgeting, sales forecasting, and other important performance indicators to drive financial success and make strategic decisions.
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with head office and key stakeholders to ensure collaboration and overall company success.
- Lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results in service, standards, and operational excellence.

Area Manager Requirements:
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:
- Extensive background in retail, leisure, or hospitality management within a customer-centric environment, highlighting your ability to deliver exceptional service.
- At least 2 years experience in managing multiple sites and the teams and performance of them sites.
- Proven track record in a managerial capacity, exemplifying effective leadership skills, adeptness in HR and performance management, and the ability to drive results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders in various digital and in-person settings.
- Possess a collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and displaying genuine enthusiasm for the retail industry, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Hold a valid UK driving license, as this role necessitates travel by road, rail, and air. Occasional overnight trips may be required when single-day travel is impractical, ensuring your flexibility and adaptability.
