Mon-Fri £12.48ph, Sat/Sun £13.56ph up to £14.11ph post 40 hours, pay rates increasing to £14.24-£17.66 after 12 weeks probation then increasing to £15.46-£19.17ph after 6 months. Full time ongoing warehouse positions in Thatcham Night shifts available 18:00 start time.

As a Warehouse Operative you will be:
- Picking food products using a top voice pick system for a well-known supermarket
- Working in a chilled and ambient environment
- Breaking down and allocating goods
- Achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager
- Other duties which may include heavy lifting
The ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
- Must have a good attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable
- Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines
- Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance
