The successful candidate will work closely with residents, contractors and the internal team to ensure a smooth process and mitigate any disruption.

Description
- Work closely with residents and contractors during property maintenance and refurbishment projects
- Communicate effectively with all parties to ensure smooth operation of projects
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations
- Manage any issues or complaints that arise during projects
- Keep accurate records of all communications and actions taken during projects
- Work as part of the property team to continuously improve processes and resident satisfaction
Profile
A successful TLO should have:
- An understanding of the housing sector and not-for-profit industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience in managing property maintenance or refurbishment projects
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the property sector
Job Offer
