Parts Advisor
Location: Nottingham
Salary: From £27,000 to £30,000, dependent upon experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5-hour working week, between 8:00am - 5:00pm
We have a new vacancy for a Parts Advisor for my client's company in Nottingham, a leading automotive locksmith wholesaler.

Parts Advisor benefits include:

Role Overview:
- Ensuring that all data within the digital catalogue is current and up to date
- Identifying new potential product lines
- Act as a point of contact and expertise in parts look-up related matters
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Experience in automotive parts look-up, and confidence in comparing OE and aftermarket parts
- A proactive and passionate approach to categorisation, understanding the importance of up-to-date and accurate information
- A high level of attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Assisting the customer service team with parts identification
- Scraping EPCs to ensure that the company website contains the latest makes and models and their respective industry-relevant products
- Liaising with the purchasing and marketing teams to ensure that all required products are sourced and correctly listed on our website
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Freshdesk is preferred, but not essential. Full training will be provided
