We are working with one of the UK's top law firms, currently looking to recruit a skilled Conveyancer to join its expanding team in Wakefield.
Role Overview:
The ideal applicant will be a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Conveyancer, or Property Solicitor with extensive experience managing various conveyancing matters.
Primary Duties:
- Managing a variety of transactions, including sales, purchases, leaseholds, freeholds, re-mortgages, and equity transfers
- Utilising support services and a case management system for efficient task handling
Candidate Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a high-volume Residential Conveyancing Department
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases from beginning to end
- Excellent multitasking skills and work efficiency
- A strong team player
