Are you passionate about early childhood education and fostering a nurturing environment for young children to thrive? We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Southampton.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged between 0-5 years.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development and learning.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of all children.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery setting.
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
