Are you passionate about early childhood education and fostering a nurturing environment for young children to thrive? We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Southampton.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged between 0-5 years.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development and learning.
- Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of all children.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a nursery setting.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
