BASIC SALARY TO £25,000 DOE OTE £40,000
My client, a well-known reputable independent Estate Agent in the area, are looking for a motivated and adaptable AREA LETTINGS VALUER / LISTER to join their successful team, based in Rainham but covering 5 offices across Medway & Swale.
Key duties:
- Previous lead follow ups
- Branch referral follow up
- Speaking with investors and landlords
- Canvassing
- Regular mail outs
- Valuing/listing
- Figure reporting directly to the Senior Management
- Booking valuations appointments
- Working closely with the Lettings Teams accross the network
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Valuation experience
- Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
- Team player
- Self-motivated and hard-working
- Keen interest in the property industry
- Able to work under pressure
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Good attention to detail and organised
- Customer focused
