Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enhance performance and processes.
- Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of parts to the correct customer and workshop.
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing parts customers.
- Actively manage stock checks with a view improving workflow where possible.
- Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication
- Take parts orders and make associated sales to internal and external customers in order to meet Company targets and support all campaigns
- Control parts stock levels and quality within Company guidelines
- Ensure margins, recoveries, VOR's and discounts are in line with corporate policies and agreed budgets
- Ensure all staff operate systems which maximise customer satisfaction
- Ensure warranty parts returns and service exchanges are returned to the depot in conjunction with the Company policy
- Developing your staff, mentoring, and providing career coaching; motivating your staff, individually and as a group; understanding and supporting diversity; and establishing an effective team
- Operate fork lift in a safe and responsible manner
Main Purpose of the Role:
- The main purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Parts department
- The main objective is to be profitable whilst keeping high levels are customer satisfaction.
- Responding to customer enquiries/orders and make associated sales in order to meet customer target and expectation.
- This is a Customer facing role which requires you to build strong Customer relationships within the Parts sales sector of the business
