IT Manager (Fully Remote)
Our Client is looking for a skilled IT Manager to step in on a contract basis for 6 to 12 weeks. You will be responsible for overseeing our day-to-day IT operations, managing our cloud-based infrastructure (primarily running on Azure), and ensuring workflow continuity. This role is critical in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our IT environment during the interim period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring all systems function smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain and optimise our cloud-based infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, addressing any issues that arise and implementing best practices.
- Monitor and maintain existing IT systems, ensuring they continue to meet the needs of the business.
- Provide rapid response to IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Offer technical support to employees, addressing any IT-related queries or issues.
- Ensure smooth workflow continuity following the departure of the Senior Systems Administrator.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on IT systems, processes, and procedures to facilitate a smooth handover once the contract period ends.
