SEO Specialist
Location: Flexible/Hybrid Working
Salary: £40k - £45k
Onsite: 4 days a week (with flex)
About Us:
We are looking for a talented SEO Specialist to join our client's team, supporting the growth of multiple brands. The environment thrives on collaboration between content, development, design, and videography teams to deliver SEO strategies.
This role offers a chance to grow into an SEO Manager position and take full ownership of SEO strategies.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Agency experience is preferred, but in-house is acceptable. Exposure to diverse industries and brands is a plus.
SEO Focus:
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proficient with data tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong reporting and quick insights generation
- Basic knowledge of PPC and other channels
- Excellent communication
- Familiarity with CMS (e.g., WordPress) and Looker Studio
- Understanding of SME environments and basic SEO elements (hashtags, scripts, outreach)
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Analysis & Optimization:
- Conduct on-page optimization and organic analysis.
- Perform keyword and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with development on changes.
- Maintain reporting frameworks and monitor performance.
Content Strategy & Collaboration:
- Assist with outreach and collaborate with content team.
- Develop content strategies and optimize articles.
Project-Based Tasks:
- Support new project launches and implement content strategies across brands.
