Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers in managing classroom activities and administrative tasks.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supervise and engage with students during school activities and breaks.
- Support students with their educational and social development.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous work experience in childcare in any setting.
- Legal: Right to work in the UK.
- Certification: Preferably an enhanced DBS certificate. If you do not have one, we can assist in applying.
- Skills: Patience, understanding, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- SEN: Ability or willingness to work with SEN children.
