Estate Services Operative required for this major visitor attraction in the Folkestone area.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our clients' team as an Estate Services Operative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of this large, diverse estate including retail, restaurants attractions and residences. Your efforts will help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both residents and visitors, contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of estate services, including planned preventive maintenance, reactive works, servicing, and testing.
- Manage waste in communal areas, including moving bins for collection, and cleaning bins and bin stores.
- Clean communal car parks and basement areas.
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct alarm testing and visual maintenance inspections, reporting issues as necessary.
- Provide operational support to the Estate Administrator in delivering estate and concierge services.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in delivering proactive and positive customer service.
- Skilled in a variety of minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Reliable and trustworthy, with strong attendance and timekeeping.
- A versatile all-rounder capable of handling multiple job tasks.
- Holder of an SIA licence, or willing to obtain and maintain one, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Possess a valid driving licence, with the ability to use company vehicles on and off-site.
Position:
Full-time (40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends)
