Office Administrator in Investments

This dynamic, welcoming investment team seek an experienced Office Administrator (a years experience in an office, as a receptionist, office administrator or similar is much preferred), who is looking for their next step to join them in their office in Central London.

This is a temp to perm role so you will be free with short notice and be seeking a perm role long term.

Joining the support team working alongside other Executive Assistants, you will support the smooth running of the front of house, office and support the wider team. A wonderful role for someone who enjoys variety, and true involvement, and seeks growth long term.

You will have a minimum of a years experience, ideally from a fast paced environment, Investments, finance/banking backgrounds would be preferred, love meeting & greeting and office support, be educated to A-level or equivalent and above, hold strong IT skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, be well presented and spoken, be confident in your abilities and always be willing to support with the administrative tasks that come your way.

You will support with diary management for the meeting space, gatekeeping, organising meetings including refreshments and set up, meeting and greeting, responding to incoming calls, inbox management, supplies and food orders for the team, assisting with events management, general admin for the team and more! Lots of opportunities to assist the EA's too!
