An exciting opportunity has arisen at Dartford campus for a Reception and Student Information Assistant to join the Student Support team on a part time basis. This role is 22.5 hours per week working Monday - Thursday 12:45 - 17:15, Friday 12:15-16:45.

This role is our first point of contact for students, staff, and the general public, acting as the front-line receptionist at our busy campus. This role will handle all incoming calls through an internal switchboard, ensuring that a high level of professionalism and customer service is maintained at all times whether in person, or on the phone.

The effective running of the reception function is central to ensuring that our customers both internal and external, are provided with the correct information and/or directed in the appropriate direction.

The successful candidate will have an experience working in a similar, busy reception environment, with experience of working with stakeholders at all levels. They will have excellent written and oral communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and competent in using the Microsoft Office package.
