This is what you will be doing
As a Banking & Finance Lawyer, your duties and responsibilities will be:-
- Provide comprehensive legal services to a diverse range of clients, including borrowers, lenders, and sponsors.
- Work on transactions ranging from £1 million to £1 billion across various sectors such as renewable energy, infrastructure, and technology.
- Specialise in acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, and asset-based lending.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm and engage with prestigious clients such as HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, and others.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional client service.
The experience you will bring to the team
You will bring the following experience to the Banking & Finance team:-
- Relevant experience working on banking and financial transactions.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a complex and varied workload effectively.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
