As the Senior Demand Planning Manager you will:
- Support and develop the demand planning team, building engagement, and performance
- Lead the demand element supporting the IBP process within the business
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in strategies
- Driving improvements in forecast accuracy and provide insight on opportunities and risks
- Work with customers to build engagement, and demonstrate value and best practice
Profile
A successful Senior Demand Planning Manager should have:
- Impressive track record in a senior demand planning role within the FMCG industry.
- Ideally have supported an IBP implementation
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in demand planning software.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence organisational and customer behaviours
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
