A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor (Repayments) for a fast-paced role within a well-established company!

My client is looking for someone who has telephone customer service experience from an arrears or payment planning background.

Full time, Permanent

Start date – Monday 5th August

Monday – Friday

9:00 - 17:30

£22-24,500 DOE FULLY REMOTE

You must be available for the following training:

You will need to be available for training:

  • Phase 1 - 5th - 12th August
  • Phase 2 - 2nd - 10th September

My client is looking for the following:

  • Payment planning background
  • Experience in dealing with arrears
  • Demonstrates empathy- Good written and verbal communication skills

If successful your offer of employment will be subject to references, DBS check, credit check and will need to hold valid right to work documents.

You will be answering incoming calls and duties will include:

- Working out payment plans for customers

  • Providing advice to customers
  • Transferring calls to the relevant department- Complaints handling- Answering any customer queries- Providing calculations such as remaining balance

You will need a suitable working environment at home, the company will provide a working from home kit including laptop/headset etc. You just need a decent internet speed.
