The Role
Further duties and responsibilities of the Finance business partner will include:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Providing financial insights and recommendations
- Perform SWOT analysis to make well-informed recommendations
- Provide financial analysis and insight into financial trends and impacts
- To ensure potential risks and rewards in financial plans and decisions are highlighted you'll be ensuring that key stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Continues business process improvement and implementation projects
The Candidate
To be considered for this Finance business partner position we welcome applications from candidates with the following:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
- Strong leadership qualities with strategic decision-making experience
- Great stakeholder management and the ability build relationships and influence colleagues at all levels
- Ability to analyse and provide commentary on complex financial data including a clear understanding of cashflow, forecast and KPIs
