A fantastic opportunity has arisen to lead our team in Bournemouth where we specialise in business support, accountancy & finance, and legal recruitment across the local area. This high-potential role offers the chance to grow and develop the specialism and expand the team. We currently have 4 Consultants at various levels of experience in the team.
We offer hybrid working 1-2 days after an initial period of training.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead by example, supporting consultants in winning business and filling jobs.
- Manage your division with full P&L control.
- Shape the sales strategy and set KPIs that reflect the value of input/output required for growth.
- Win new clients and manage existing relationships.
- Coach and develop consultants, fostering a culture of development.
- Manage and enhance our day-to-day, long-term, and permanent income streams consistently over time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accountancy & finance recruitment or as a Recruitment Manager.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent business acumen with experience in P&L management.
- Adept at setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to coach and develop consultants to reach their full potential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
