SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER - Residential Estate Agency
Location: Bedford, MK40
Salary: £35k +
Position: Permanent
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, organised and industrious Residential Senior Property Manager to join an independent Estate and Lettings Agency in the Bedford area.
To qualify for this role, you will need to have a previous experience in Residential Property Management.
You will be a real people person, be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords, Tenants show empathy and understanding, you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.
Skills: The skills required for this Senior Property Manager role will include:
- Significant experience in Property Management
- Understanding of current lettings legislation
- ARLA qualification preferable
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- Problem-solve effectively
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Thoroughly professional approach to Property Management
