We seek an enthusiastic School Cover and HR Administrator to play a vital role in our academy. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy continuous learning, this opportunity is for you!

As the School Cover and HR Administrator, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth operations and supporting all staff members. Your responsibilities will include cover management, HR administration, and room bookings. Experience working in a school environment is essential, with knowledge of SIMS and general HR.

  • The ideal candidate will:

Have experience of working in a school office environment, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and experience of using SIMs or similar software

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication, having the ability to communicate on a different range of levels
  • Confident in communicating to explain and discuss data and analysis for colleagues from non-technical backgrounds
  • Be proactive in their approach to identifying ways to help to improve attendance and make more effective use of data
