- Provide financial support and advice to the wider organisation
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team
- Support the Finance Business Partner in ad-hoc tasks as required
Profile
A successful Assistant Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within a housing association
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A solid understanding of financial regulations and standards
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Proficiency in using financial software and systems
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across the organisation
