We are currently recruiting a HR Advisor based in Tywyn LL36 for a Prestige Manufacturing Company, our client is a fast-moving, global technology business that specialises in taking brands direct to consumers. Hours and Pay:

Monday - Friday

37.5 Hours per week

Working Hours Start time can be Flexible

£35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience

Role Responsibilities for the HR Advisor role Include:

  • Take responsibility for the management of all core ER cases across business areas including all sickness cases, flexible working requests, performance management plans, grievance and disciplinary processes.
  • Welfare / OH referral / Risk Assessments / Amended duties / Capability processes
  • Provide advice and guidance to colleagues and managers as required
  • Liaise with the HR Business Partner to ensure appropriate support is provided on complex ER issues
  • Champion the development of people management skills across the Group.
  • Management of Parental Leave across business areas.
  • Coach and influence managers from a people perspective, developing their people management/leadership skills and constructively challenging inappropriate behaviours/actions
  • Ensure all cases of formal performance management are documented and recorded in line with internal audit requirements
  • Support with creation and roll out of engagement activities
  • Develop Managers and colleagues in coaching skills and our people processes
  • Support the delivery of the local induction as required
  • Delivery of HR module training to internal management team
  • Support positive D&I culture within the wider team

To be considered for the HR Advisor role you should have the following Skills and Experience

  • At least two years HR experience
  • Clean UK Driving License
  • Experience advising managers and stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
  • Experience managing HR cases, within warehousing or manufacturing environment is desirable
  • Strong technical skills and a good working knowledge of current employment legislation
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to analyse data and summarise key findings
  • Good communication and data presentation skills
  • Capable of working using your own initiative
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Level 5 CIPD Qualification (Desirable) or Level 3 CIPD Qualification and studying Level 5.
