Senior Account Executive

Our client are a Global Brand Activation Agency with multiple offices across the world. A Senior Account Executive role has come up to work in a great team working for on a fantastic account.

You will work alongside the team and will be responsible for working closely with the client, suppliers and internal contacts.

This role will consist of providing ideas and innovative solutions to assist in driving briefs forward and able to spot opportunities and efficiencies within existing processes

You will be dealing with a variety of marketing and POS projects. You will be required to build & develop relationships with key stakeholders whilst primarily delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical input on print and POS projects.
  • Take briefs from the client including full specification details.
  • Attend briefings and status calls to keep up to date of client requirements.
  • Proactively following up on all quotations sent to the client.
  • Maintaining regular and effective communication with account team.
  • Brief suppliers on client requirement and oversee the process to completion.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time.
  • Reviewing projects, after completion, with the client, colleagues and suppliers.
  • Ensure invoicing procedures are followed.
  • Able to attend meetings as required.
  • Confidently suggesting ways to add value, new solutions, solving problems and offering alternative solutions, process efficiencies.
  • Meeting preparations and contact reports.
  • Have a good understanding of the client brand guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Ideally you will have some previous print or marketing experience and have already been in a client facing role.
  • Hands-on, team player with a positive proactive approach.
  • Can work alone and prioritise workloads.
  • A proactive, positive personality with a genuine enjoyment of client contact and teamwork.
  • Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent ability to process information, deliver under pressure and time management.
  • A willingness to continuously improve through self-development.
