Insight Employment have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and friendly Driver with Sales Advisor and Warehouse duties who is passionate about providing the best customer service to join a client of ours in Bletchley. You will play a vital part in helping serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly - experience with their products isn't necessary, if you bring great customer service and teamwork skills to the table, they will give you everything you need to succeed.
They provide an excellent service to retail and trade customer base both in the branch and through deliveries. With their industry expertise and a great range of quality products, it's no wonder they are known for being the first choice for decorating materials in the area. Milton Keynes acts as a hub for our other branches in the local area and as such you would be responsible for a substantial warehouse with three vans making deliveries, to customers and our other stores, five days a week. There will be some lone working on occasion when covering break times so you must be 18+.

As a Driver with Sales Advisor and Warehouse Duties, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Make contactless deliveries to customers in and around the Milton Keynes area driving their Company van
- Provide exceptional service to customers in branch, to deliver upon our reputation for quality service
- Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
- Mix paint for Customers, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch network
- Developing sales of the Company product range including wallpaper, paint and fabric
- Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service
- Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales
- Assisting with stock maintenance in the branch
- Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store
- Collaborating with drivers to load goods systematically and safely
- Accurately picking customers' orders for delivery and collection
- Upholding warehouse standards.
Who we are looking for to join their team:
- Familiar with Milton Keynes and the surrounding area
- Full clean manual driving licence
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations
- Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality - happy to help both customers and colleagues
- Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can always be relied upon to work as an individual
- Willing to attend training to become a Fire Marshall and/or First Aider if required
- Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within their industry
- Previous retail experience or product knowledge would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidate

40 hours per week
Monday - Friday with Saturdays on a rota
Branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7.00am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm.
SALARY: -
£12.10 per hour (1 HOUR UNPAID LUNCH)
