The ideal candidate will have experience running a busy central London lettings office in profit for more than 2 years and hold strong entrepreneurial acumen.
Our client has high expectations for 2023 so the candidate will be used to a hands-on approach.
The Lettings Manager is responsible for ensuring rental properties are fully occupied, generating a good return on investment for landlords, and providing a high level of service to tenants.
This team is long established, with increasing market share and a strong local market presence.
Package:
- Circa £40,000 basic salary
- £5,000 car allowance
- Tiered commission structure
- £80,000-£90,000 OTE
