Administrator (Temporary, Remote working)
We are currently seeking a skilled and organised Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary basis for a contract length of 6 months. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our client's organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Assisting with the preparation, editing, and formatting of documents and reports.
- Coordinating meetings and managing calendars.
- Responding to email and telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting the team with general office duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Additional Information:
This is a temporary position offering an hourly rate ranging from £12.50 to £12.80. Our client provides the opportunity for remote working, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. However, please note that the role is based in West Swindon, and occasional on-site presence may be required.
