The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer Role:

  • As a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing top class technical assistance to a valued client base.
  • Troubleshooting both hardware and software issues to network issues, you will be a key player in the support function!

1st/2nd Line Engineer - Essential Skills:

  • Experienced with the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Previous experience working in a service desk environment.
  • Networking troubleshooting experience.
  • Enthusiastic to develop your skills.
