They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work as part of the team in delivering a great service to their customers, many of whom have extra needs.
As the Customer Service Administrator you will be:
- Responding to Customers enquiries via email and telephone
- Providing quotes and booking training
- Processing sales orders and updating details on the system
- Producing sales reports from system data
- Booking delivieries
As the Customer Service Administrator you will have:
- Great customer skills
- Good organisational skills
- An interest in software and technology
- The ability to prioritise work
- Good grammar and office skills
