This firm is seeking to hire a Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE in Belfast. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor to further their career at an exciting firm with a modern outlook on the Belfast legal sector.
**Your New Role:**This role allows you to join the firm's litigation practice in their Belfast office, which advises on a broad range of defendant product liability, EL/PL/Motor, clinical, marine, catastrophic, as well as reinsurance and professional negligence for a variety of national and international insurers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing coverage and claims defence to both international and domestic insurers and their insurers.
- Work alongside the lead lawyer managing a caseload of complex injury claims including high value catastrophic injury claims.
- Handle a diverse and interesting personal injury litigation caseload.
**What You Will Need to Succeed:**To be a successful candidate, you will ideally have experience in Motor, EL/PL and disease experience alongside:
- Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland with 0 - 3 years PQE (other levels of experience will be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communicator.
- To be proactive and be confident in taking initiative.
- Strong technical and research skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage a busy caseload of low to medium value claims.
- The ability to work as a member of a team alongside senior solicitors.
