Senior Business Support Officer

£17 per hour (umbrella)
Full Time Contract ( 3 months long)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Senior Business Support Officer in Liverpool. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
- Organisation of training booking events room invite, track attendance, certificate issuing
- Issue and recall IT equipment
- Student placement and Practice Educator activity registered
- Purchase orders from training commissioning - this includes that supervision training,
- MOMO implementation
The candidate:
- Experience of taking accurate minutes
- Experience of producing data and financial reports for analysis
- Experience of working with IT systems - i-Casework, Liquid Logic, excel, outlook
- Experience of working with Controcc, sap and other financial systems.
