As part of this strategic expansion, the firm is looking to hire a Salaried Partner alongside 2-4 talented solicitors. This expansion will not only strengthen the team but also enhance the client base that the new team members will support.
Key Areas of Focus:
- M&A: Engage in complex transactions and deal negotiations.
- Commercial Contracts: Draft and negotiate high-value commercial agreements.
- Shareholder Agreements: Manage and structure shareholder relationships and obligations.
- Joint Ventures: Collaborate on joint venture agreements and projects.
- Restructurings: Assist with corporate restructuring and insolvency matters.
- Investment & LLP Agreements: Oversee investment agreements and partnerships within LLPs.
- Partnerships: Advise on partnership formations, agreements, and disputes.
