Our client, a global blue chip IT company, is looking for SRM SaaS Solution Sales Manager. The official job title is SRM Sales Lead.

[Purpose of the Job]

(1) The client is seeking for a SRM Sales Lead to lead the business development and adoption of their next-generation Procurement/SRM SaaS solution. In this role, you will shape the success of the client's SRM solution, helping businesses revolutionize their SRM, especially procurement processes and achieve unprecedented efficiency and growth.

(2) The successful candidate has a blend of technical expertise, industry acumen, and outstanding communication skills to engage with prospective clients, understand their business needs and technical requirements, and effectively demonstrate how the SRM solution can address their specific challenges around SRM.

(3) The SRM Sales Lead will collaborate with partners and act as a technical expert to support the entire sales process, thus it would be helpful to have working experience with reputable SRM players. The ability to connect technology with measurable business value is critical and you should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.

(4) The client is a global provider of cloud and digital transformation innovations delivering enterprise-grade solutions and services in cloud, secure mobility, analytics/ AI, digital marketing and digital workspace. The client enables customers in government, financial services, healthcare, and other industries to drive business in a hyper-connected economy to increase productivity, safeguard assets, and make smarter decisions.

[Key Accountabilities](1) Exploring business opportunities around SRM in targeted industries leveraging the company's upcoming SRM solution, and to manage to make the contract happen with customers.

(2) Taking the lead and oversee complex technical discussions with customers for both pre-sales and post-sales support related to our SRM SaaS solution.

(3) The candidate could present the strength and reference cases of SRM solution to potential customers at marketing events, and articulate technical concepts to all audiences, including C-level executives and customers.

(4) The candidate will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, scope projects and conduct product demonstrations, also collaborate with the implementation of the projects and ensure technical support during and after the implementation. In total, need to act as a trusted advisor by understating the customer's long term goals and journey.

(5) In the first and second year, the candidate will have financial responsibilities around the number of reference cases in targeted industries and vertical, not with the volume of whole contract.

[Requirements]
(1) Must have bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science

(2) Must have minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the SCM or SRM space

(3) Strong background in business applications, preferably SCM and SRM.

(4) Strong knowledge of the supplier management, procurement processes, and supply chain dynamics.

(5) Excellent customer relationship management skills, including effective oral and written communications.

(6) Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner.

(7) Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to build clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer interviews and data.

[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)

(2) Hybrid working: 3~4 days in the office & 1~2 days work from home

(3) Job type: full-time & permanent

(4) Hours of work: 40 hours per week (some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects)

(5) Annual basic salary: up to 100K (depending on experience)

(6) Performance based bonus, pension, life assurance, private medical insurance, etc.

(7) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
