Based Kenmuir Sawmills, Dalbeattie, DG5 4PL
Temporary 6-month Contract,40 hours / Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

Our Dalbeattie site has an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the team.
Based in the engineering department providing assistance to the Engineering Manager, you will be a key member of our team, ensuring the administrative side of the engineering workshop is well managed, allowing the engineers to focus on the technical aspect of their work supporting in the continuous smooth running of the sawmill.
**Specifically, some responsibilities of an Administrator (Engineering /Technical):
Providing administrative support to the engineering department including:
- Inventory and supply management.
- Assistance in preparing reports.
- Document Management and data entry.
- Scheduling and co-ordination.
- Answering calls and emails.
**About You:
Already an experienced administrator with the ability to prioritise and manage a challenging workload, you'll also need to be highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated, with an excellent working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for the role.
A familiarity with engineering terminology, documentation and project workflows would be advantageous.
