This is a fantastic opportunity to join our vibrant, rapidly evolving business as a Digital Marketing Executive, supporting the Digital Marketing team in the delivery of our lead generation, company communications, and driving our digital performance.
Reporting to our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will successfully take ownership of executing high performing lead generation and digital performance plans for Northgate Vehicle Hire, Van Monster, Blakedale and FridgeXpress UK&I. You will take responsibility for management of content changes, monitoring and optimisation of digital campaigns and their performance, as well as contributing to the delivery of a range of digital transformation activities.
As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will collaborate on a daily basis with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including agency management, and will work across a variety of departments to meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.

Salary – up to £36k depending on experience

About you
- First and foremost, you are degree educated with a Marketing or other business-related qualification and have a minimum of 3 years proven experience in a result driven Digital Marketing role within fast-paced, corporate environment.
- You will have a passion for all things marketing and are well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing.
- You have an analytical mind to assess and improve performance which is key to growing revenue.
- You have strong excel skills and comfortable working with data and Google Analytics or equivalent.
- You have experience or familiarity with paid media channels and are comfortable working with Content Management System(s) (Umbraco desirable).
- You are a self-motivated, creative, ideas driven individual with ability to plan and present an appetite for learning to understand and create best in class user journeys and digital propositions.
- You're able to troubleshoot problems and adapt quickly to changing business situations and challenges.
