Working hours: 9-5 with flexibility when required.

Mandarin speaking Loan Settlement Administrator - What You'll be Doing:

  • Check details of Loan notices and e-permit;
  • Open any new clients and facilities in FOVA;
  • Input deal into FOVA;
  • Register Nostro account cashflow relating to loan settlement;
  • Make drawdown payments due in GCMS following instructions from Credit Administration Department;
  • Update Loans Register schedule spreadsheet;
  • Make sure interest and/or principal are received from agents or the borrower and are consistent with loan transaction record;
  • Make sure any fees due are paid or received;
  • Liaise with Head Office and co-ordinate with internal dept. on analysis of loan system upgrade and processes.
  • Prepare business report to Head Office;
  • Process payment instruction in SCMS and FOVA using knowledge of SWIFT formats;
  • Create any new Clients and open relevant accounts in the system;
  • Keep all AML check evidence for AML check for audit trail purpose. Must report /escalate to MLRO for potential positive hit or suspicious transaction in accordance with the Bank's AML policy;
  • Cover treasury settlement, clearing & payment, trade services, correspondence and reconciliation as and when is required;
  • Process the correspondence in SCMS or in FOVA;

Mandarin speaking Loan Settlement Administrator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Mandarin and English fluent
  • Work experience in loan settlement to process loan drawdown, repayments and interest reset in banking.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills;
  • Good organizational ability and attention to detail;
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of different departments;
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary;
  • Accurate reporting skills;
  • Good team player;
