A London based Managing Agency is recruiting for a new Finance Director.
As Finance Director you will report to the Group Chief Financial Officer and CEO of the Managing Agency and appointed to the managing agent's Board of directors.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the Finance function for the Syndicates under management, including financial, regulatory and management reporting, overseeing completion of all third-party syndicate filings, and providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board regarding all financial reporting and finance operational matters through identification of profitability and performance issues and opportunities.
Applicants must be qualified accountants with management experience in a similar senior management or regulated role, have a proven track record of operating within the Lloyd's market, have strong management and leadership skills, be able to independently develop and implement new strategies, and enjoy working in a rapidly changing and evolving environment.
