Corporate Receptionist, Central London, £14-15 p/h plus holiday pay
We are recruiting for a corporate receptionist ready to provide 5 star service to prestigious offices. Paying £14-15 p/h plus holiday pay accrual. You must be available immediately and have previous experience as a receptionist or similar high end front of house roles. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional results through outstanding experience and service for all customers.
Duties of the Corporate Receptionist role include:
- Taking calls promptly and courteously
- Welcoming visitors politely and professionally
- Booking meeting rooms, equipment and catering
- Ensuring the reception area is presentable clean and tidy
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Undertaking administrative work when required
- Building strong relationships with all clients
- Management of meeting rooms
- Dealing with hospitality requests
- Liaising with teams internally to ensure visitor experience is optimised

- Polite, friendly and confident individual
- Prides themselves on providing excellent customer service
- An efficient and effective administrator with a welcoming telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Being willing to go the extra mile for visitors
- Remaining calm and professional at all times
- Able to adapt to new working environments quickly and effectively
