Recruitment Administrator

I am currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join Search Recruitment on an ongoing contract, with scope to become a permanent opportunity. You will be office based in Glasgow City Centre, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm. The salary will range from £12-13 per hour depending on relevant recruitment experience.

You will be a part of a busy, fast paced team where your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Completing on-boarding forms/ uploading the details onto the internal systems
  • Check right to work documents and upload them onto the system against internal compliance portals
  • Deal with email queries regarding any live job adverts or applications
  • General office administration where required
  • Conducting telephone screenings with candidates who have applied via job adverts
  • Be comfortable using the systems to record notes and actions taken during telephone interviews

Ideally you will come from a recruitment administrative background, or be a strong office coordinator, able to learn quickly and be comfortable dealing with candidates on the telephone.
