My client is a leading Thames Valley law firm located in the centre of Reading, providing services for a wide range of clients, from multi-national companies to small family businesses and has one of the strongest real estate teams in the Thames Valley, including four individuals recognised as leaders in their fields in this one team alone.
Their Real Estate Team is one of the largest in the South East outside of London and prides itself on providing City quality work. The team are currently looking to recruit a 2-5 years PQE solicitor to join their growing team. The team handle a wide range of property transactions - including the acquisition and disposal of interests in real estate on individual sites and property portfolios, planning, environment and construction work, landlord and tenant matters and taxation and finance issues.
The you'll be joining a team which handles a wide range of property transactions and advice - including office, industrial and retail lettings, large residential developments, investment property, secured lending and agricultural / rural estates work, acting for owners and occupiers, sellers and purchasers and financial institutions.
