Internal Regulation Support Practitioner

We need an AWEsome Internal Regulation Support Practitioner to join our team at AWE. We would like an inquisitive, independent thinker to join the Internal Regulation team to coordinate and deliver efficient, effective, timely and reliable administration and information management. You will support the senior managers of Internal Regulation with administration through to data analysis and creating presentations.

Location: Our offices are based in Berkshire, RG7 4PR between Reading and Basingstoke with onsite parking.

Salary Range: Between £26,360 to £32,000

You will have exposure across the business as well as the opportunity to develop and progress within Internal Regulation.

A typical day for an Internal Regulation Support Practitioner could look like this:

  • Completing administration tasks in support of Internal Regulation deliverables
  • Providing accurate analysis of data from multiple sources, to support programme planning and delivery
  • Collating and formatting Internal Regulation information to support routine reporting
  • Managing Internal Regulation information within SharePoint
  • Providing support to Internal Regulation activities

We would like you to have these skills and experience:

  • Presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Good Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to both reactive and routine requests
  • SharePoint Design and Power BI Desktop experience would be desirable (there is an expectation to gain this experience in the role if you do not already have it)
